Amer qualified as a lawyer in Amman, Amer had studied in both civil and common law systems, he worked in house Legal Counsel in UAE where he dealt with commercial, corporate, civil, finance companies’ regulations and labor disputes. Amer is a professional lawyer who has experience in practicing law; Amer is a specialist in litigation , disputes resolution and corporate.
