Khalifa Al Mansoori is a managing partner at Al Mansoori & Partners. He has significant experience on all major areas of law practice in the UAE including civil law , commercial law and criminal law.
As an experienced Emirati Lawyer, he has rights of audience before all the levels of UAE courts. He has experience in litigation and dispute resolution in the UAE representing a wide range of domestic and international clients (companies as well as prominent business individuals) in contentious matters. He has developed extensive expertise in handling cases relative to extradition, cybercrimes, corporate frauds, forgery, breach of trust, theft, money laundering, bounced cheque, harassment, offenses related to drugs, defamation, medical negligence, insurance and rental disputes.
